I felt let down by the service, as staff were quite preoccupied and seemed to lack attentiveness to our needs. Despite the nice pool, we faced issues finding enough chairs due to other guests monopolizing them for hours without using the pool. Breakfast was disappointing, with a lack of variety and cold coffee that did not meet expectations.

Can recommend this hotel, our stay was such wonderful. The place is unique and lovely quiet. The room is spotless, stylish comes with nice pillow, superb warm shower, as for instance. The breakfast with food to the river and the coffee machine, for example is free and amazing for what is offered.

Nice hotel on a human scale, very comfortable. Well appointed room with simple and tasteful decoration. Attentive and available staff. Varied and copious breakfast. Calm and restful atmosphere particularly appreciated after visiting the temples among the crowd.
The street of the hotel was undergoing major works during our stay. It was hardly passable even on foot, but this could not last.

Staying at boutique indochine d'angkor was a pleasure. Our king suite with private balcony was spacious and had a lovely design. The beautifully landscaped outdoor pool area was perfect. The super nice team. Plus, the breakfast area was just as fine as the food.

The bathroom could be a little cleaner. The location downtown was a 20-minute walk.

The food was outstanding, and the room was large. The hotel's location was central, all in all everything was excellent. Moreover, it's next to central bars restaurants, and the center of Siem Reap...

The hotel has a tranquil ambiance with
Thoughtfully designed spaces that allowed for relaxation after long days of exploring. The saltwater pool was a highlight, and the staff's genuine friendliness. A little more variety in breakfast options would enhance the experience, though.

good breakfast and pool.
After arriving from Angkor wat around 2:00 pm, there was no water in the hotel because they were fixing some pipes, so we could not take a bath until the next day. The air conditioner was out of power.

The staff is excellent, especially Emy, she made us feel very comfortable, she worried at all times, she explained everything very well and her English is very good so she understands you perfectly. The hotel is very well, with swimming pool, breakfast buffet with some very rich pancakes, restaurant, everything great and they had a detail with us for being our honeymoon, in addition if you are going to see dawn to Angkor Wat they prepare the breakfast to you so that you take it. And once we did the checkout they let us stay in the pool as long as we wanted and even take a shower, I would repeat without hesitation.
The tuk tuk lord started off right when we went to the ruins but throughout the day it was very dry and when he took us to the airport it was a bit unpleasant and he didn't even say goodbye, but this is not really about the hotel.

The hotel is super nice, it's new and it's all up to code. The staff is ultra friendly, we left early to watch the sunrise in Angkor Wat and they gave us breakfast to go.
The street where it is located is a little far from the tourist area

Spaciousness and comfort
One of the mornings we left very early to watch the sunrise at the Temples of Angkor.. Something super common in Siem Reap. As breakfast was included and we could not enjoy it, they prepared us one to take away. Very bad. However, the hotel breakfast is very good and varied.
